Cosmic has created mobile factories leveraging robotics and AI for building custom net-zero homes 10 times faster and 30% cheaper anywhere in the world. Our initial product is a premium sustainable home, serving as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (backyard home), a primary single-family home, or building blocks for entire residential communities. Cosmic is on track to build two net-zero homes per day with one factory — that’s 1M new housing units with 200 distributed micro-factories and 8 megatons of CO₂ saved by 2030. We have 26 commissioned homes across the US and Europe, and a growing pipeline worth $50M.
